The partner Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of innovative pharmaceutical enterprises in China, covering traditional Chinese and Western medicines, biological drugs and other fields, and its products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions around the world. The project covers core industrial areas such as its pharmaceutical production workshop, 15,000 cubic meters of drug cool storage, extraction workshop, as well as auxiliary areas with strict environmental requirements such as the factory of the quality control department.
The precise control of temperature and humidity in the pharmaceutical industry is directly related to drug quality and production safety, which has given rise to the unique pain points of thermal insulation of the project. Poor insulation will cause a sharp increase in energy consumption and affect the storage quality of drugs. The cooling tower, central air conditioning and various transmission pipelines in the extraction workshop are prone to energy loss and condensation problems due to the temperature difference between inside and outside. The experimental equipment of the quality control department also needs to stabilize the temperature and humidity environment. In addition, the noise generated by the operation of equipment in the pharmaceutical workshop requires insulation materials to take into account the noise reduction function, and multiple requirements put forward strict standards for the comprehensive performance of materials.
The selection of insulation materials in the project closely follows the core needs of environmental protection and precise temperature control in the pharmaceutical industry, highlighting the advanced. In the renovation of the cooling tower in workshop 2, the selected insulation materials are suitable for industrial equipment conditions, and have both thermal insulation and waterproof functions. At the same time, the selected materials meet the standards of green factories, meet the environmental protection and cleanliness requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, and are highly consistent with the project's environmental protection construction concept.
